Refund policy
Easy Return & Refund Policy - Happiness Guaranteed!
For your peace of mind, we offer a 30 day no fuss return, exchange or refund policy. We want you to be thrilled with your Abi-K purchase, but if for any reason you change your mind then we've made it really easy for you to click and return from your order account. Or you can simply email or call us and we'll help you through the process.
There's a few details you need to know about our returns and refund policy which we've listed out for you below:
- To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, but we understand and accept damage to the packaging (within reason) may be evident to allow you to open the product and inspect it before changing your mind.
- You are responsible for the return postage costs and we strongly advise you use a tracked and insured service, as we can’t accept responsibility for items lost in the post. If your item goes missing and you have no proof of a tracked service, then we can't issue a refund.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at abigail@abi-k.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. However as each of our products are unique, we may not be able to replace a like for like item, but will do our best to colour match and give you the best service and happy outcome. If you would like to exchange a product for another, we’ll happily do this for you, with postage costs covered by yourself. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Abi-K, 6 Hanningtons Lane, Brighton, BN1 1GS, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
